This is a rare, elegant portrait plate depicting 2 beautiful Victorian Ladies with a cobalt blue and gold scrollworks framed around it. It measures 11 inches in diameter and the portrait or image itself is about 7.5 inches in diameter.  It is marked: Imperial by Salem China Co., Made in USA, 23 Karat Gold.  It is in good vintage condition with minimal wear such scratches on the image area and discoloration on the cobalt blue frame as shown in photos.  Package weight is about 3 pounds.
