Vintage 1980s Mattel Barbie Doll in Elegant Blue Lacy Gown (C0223)

This is a beautiful Barbie Doll in elegant lacy blue gown.  It measures about 12 inches high and in good vintage condition with minimal wear and soiling as shown in photos. Her shoes are missing and her hair needs grooming. It is marked: Mattel Inc, 1966, China. This was probably made during the 1980s.
