Vintage, Morton Salt Advertising-Framed Painting on Canvas by H. Hargrove

This is a beautiful painting of the Morton Salt Factory Building with the popular advertising words: When it rains, it pours.  It measures about 14 inches high and about 16 inches long. The painting itself or without frame measures about 8 inches high and 10 inches long.  It has minimal paint loss or chips but over all it is in very good vintage condition as shown in photos.  It is signed by the artist as: H. Hargrove. Package weight is about 4 lbs.
