1940s Ohio Art, # 80, Mexican Boy Child’s Tin Tea Set (pmtr)

This is a very rare and beautiful  7-pc child’s Tin Tea Set depicting a Mexican boy on all pieces. The set includes the following:

1 Teapot (no lid)          2” high  and 1.75” wide
2 Cups                         1.5” high and 2” wide
2 Saucers                     2.75” in diameter
2 Plates                        4.25” in diameter

The set is in played with condition with normal age wear such as dents, scratches, paint loss and surface rust as shown in photos. The tray is signed by the artist: B.K. Benjamin and marked: The Ohio Art Co., Bryan, Ohio, #80, Made in USA. The teapot and  cups are marked #80 as well The Ohio Art Collector’s Guide on page 77 shows a 11pc set is worth $165.00.
